Wood Waste Technology’s hot water boiler system burns wood waste to provide different heating solutions including; space heating to factory areas, traditional radiator heating for offices, domestic hot water and also hot water supply for manufacturing processes and machinery (drying kilns, paint lines etc.)
This automated system has been specifically designed to manage and optimise fuel usage to provide a 92.5% efficiency rating tested against BSEN303-5-2012. This allows customers to maximise the returns available through the Renewable Heat Incentive scheme (RHI) enhancing the financial benefits further, especially as the scheme and the heater are set to provide payments and last for 20 years. The boiler has recently undergone extensive emissions testing to make it available on the RHI scheme without the need for expensive ceramic or electrostatic filtration. This dramatically reducing maintenance and installation costs. Our water boiler is industry leading with the use of only primary methods to reduce the amount of NOX, CO and particulate entering the atmosphere even when burning the most difficult fuels such as melamine faced chipboard, or MDF. Even with these fuels the system managed to consistently get efficiency ratings of more than 90% showing its performance capabilities.
With exceptionally high quality design and UK based manufacturing the boiler systems are built to easily last the length of the 20 year RHI payment scheme and prolong the cost saving potential of your business for as long as possible. Wood Waste Technology Ltd take care of everything from initial site visit, project design, manufacture, right through to post commission hand over and yearly servicing. We have a dedicated team of well experienced engineers on hand who carry all spare parts for the machines to allow quick turnaround on repairs that may be needed which helps to reduce the downtime of the machine.
Oxygen and temperature and pressure sensors relay information to the user friendly touch screen PLC unit for easy control and observation in order to help ensure the boiler is operating with maximum combustion and fuel efficiency. All gearboxes, motors and fans are inverter controlled to reduce energy consumption when running at reduced loads. The ceramics are water cooled in and around the combustion and firebox area which increases the lifespan of the machine and also helps enhance the process making it work more effectively.
